TROOP 50387

Troop 50387 was founded at St. John AME Church in Columbus, Georgia in 2004, with 6 girls and has grown to over 65 girls!

High Award Stats:

 

  • 28 girls have received the Bronze Award

  • 10 girls have received the Silver Award

  • 6 has received the Gold Award

Milestones/Events

​

 

Recognized as #1 troop in combined fall product and cookie sales for 2019 by Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia.

​

Recognition from Columbus State University Military Affairs Department for yearly snack packages for Veterans Day.

 

Junior girls Breast Cancer care packages are donated to Monarch Cancer Center yearly.

 

A strong supporter of GSHG and community projects: Dreamgirls, Help the Hooch, Fort Benning Soldier Marathon, GSHG camping, Leadership, coding, self-defense courses, camping, JGL Day and more.

 The troop is multi-level, ranging from Daisy all the way to Ambassadors.

      Troop Uniform Policy

Unless otherwise noted, all girls must wear white tops, khaki bottoms.  The official Girl Scout uniform can be purchased through the Troop or online.
